M.Ali die hem naar het Institute for Systemic Medicine and Dentistry in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey leidde. Dr. Gashinsky behaalde zijn doctoraat aan het NYU College of Dentistry, waarna hij hun klinische faculteitsleider werd en in een periode van 4 jaar afgestudeerde studenten opleidde om bekwaam te worden in de tandheelkunde. Hij heeft ook zijn certificering als natuurgeneeskundig arts behaald.
